      And another reason California sucks, too many liberals and democrats. Amazing how they want to give more rights to illegal immigrants, at the same time taking away the rights of legal citizens.

        This will never pass. "low level" offenders or not, it is ILLEGAL to cross the international border without permission. MY S.O.'s policy states ALL persons booked who lists ANY country of birth other than America is to be screened ICE.
