      I posted this earlier:
      PAT scoring:
20 points across 4 events (trigger pull, sit-ups, wall/agility run, push-ups) must be earned.
At least 1point on each event
If you fail to achieve at least 1 point for an event, you won't pass that event, and you won't advance to subsequent events.

The trigger pull is no joke either. DO NOT take it for granted. it will tire you out if you take it lightly.

I'm guessing your shoulder gives out first?

lol, what he probably means is there is you actually have to use some force to pull the trigger, it's been modified so it's not as easy as it sounds.

Passed the WTSB physical agility this past week. That was no cake walk either...even the really fit guys were huffing and puffing at the end of it.

Timed 1.5 mile run, is not just a 1.5 mile run...nothing is as easy as it seems.

Has anyone taken the PAT? I had mine rescheduled for March. Gave me more time to practice on my push ups. Thanks Williams for posting the video.

Those who passed the PAT and waiting to mail in the backgrounds manila envelope, was it only through First Class UPS or USPS? I forgot which one they said.

should be first class USPS. Backgrounds will not sign for any packages if you use a different carrier. Make sure its USPS first class and retain your receipt for your records.

Hi everyone I just took the ntn test last week, however I was just wondering after I signed up for the test it asked me to complete a PHQ form and was wondering if this was normal and part of SFPD? Or might it be part of the Freemont Police Department because I added them on last minute. thank you.

SFPD will provide you with a link when the time comes. I'm not sure about Fremont but I think it's the same.

does anyone know the typical pass/fail rate on the PAT? I understand that about 1200 will take it. How many bodies will be standing and able to go through to the next step...
