Congratulations to OPD SWAT (Urban Shield winners)

Just wanted to let people know that OPD SWAT won the Urban Shield Competition this year. It was a serious accomplishment from Sgt. Pat Gonzales and his fellow team members. Since last March, they haven't had much to feel good about. Way to bounce back guys!
