  • Dear Sirs (In so cal)

several years ago i was arrested for a non violent misdemeanor in Rancho Cucamonga. This matter was cleared up in court and my record is clean. Well I have a question for you guys; I have an assignment for school, the first part is an essay and the second part is the presentation. Well i decided to write my paper on the law enforcement but according to him my perspective is faked. This resulted in a lower grade and although i tried to reassure him that i was in jail he didn't buy it.

I need Photo proof of having been in jail. Is there an officer here that can help me obtain photo id of me in jail, a mug shot?

Although this seems really absurd I'm gonna give you an answer. Go to the courthouse in OC and request your court records. You won't get your mugshot, but proof you were arrested and the disposition of the case.

Rancho Cucamonga is not in the OC.

            I'm working 14 hours today...and I'm almost done.

            I read that...my head hurts.

Unfortunately, at this time I'm lacking the proper cranial power to articulate the proper response to this answer, so I'll provide an actual one in lieu.

Rancho Cucamonga is located in west San Bernardino County.

Police services for this city is contracted through the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner's Department. You can contact their records department at - (909) 888-5916

They may, or not have retained your booking photographic. They may or may not release it to you.

so photographic records arent permanent? I always thought they were in case someone turns out to be a suspect. Can any officer look up my records and find my picture, if it still exists?

im not stoned, do police officers assume someone is stoned when they dont talk like they have a baton up their arse?

That picture is somewhere lost in the oblivion that is the criminal justice system, but it is somewhere.
