are my chances of being hired hurt by an accident at which i am NOT at fault?(i am still in backgrounds for C.A. lasd)
had an accident in a parking lot in which the car i was parking next to opened their door as i was coming in.
made an insurance claim and had an adjuster call me to get my story. according to my story she said i was not at fault, but she told me the other person reported that i just hit their car and they did not report them opening a door. i have a feeling they thought i didn't have insurance... and they wanted to make a quick buck. but the damage on both our cars corroborates my story, so theyre gonna have to change their story, not good for them, good for me... so any advice is welcome.
