  • Does anyone know and good scanner sites on teh net?

I am looking to find a good site where I can listen to live radio (as if I had a scanner). There were a lot that I used to go to but they seem to be shut down. If anyone knows any please send me the info. Thank so much..

                    Here's the link.

BTW, what do you guys think of allowing scanners to pick up radio traffic (in terms of officer safety)? I know up in Orange County, its all encrypted so you cant scan unless you know the codes.

Sorry, that site lists the actual frequencies, avalon42 listed the proper site. If you have iTunes you can download a link that allows you to listen through iTunes and not have to worry about opening a web browser to listen.

Google "Scanner Buff Network." You can listen to CHP, LA County Sheriff's, as well as LAPD and some other Fire Dept's.
