Harrison Police Department Dispatching Positions

I applied a while back and will, hopefully, be set up for an interview. Though I've spoke with 2 employees, I was curious if anybody had any info and/or impressions about this department.

I went to the academy with some kids from there. They made out like it was a relaxed agencies. The few of them that were there were goofy enough.

Well, not meant to be here either. Got the rejection letter today. Interestingly enough, the letter was drafted on April 11th...but I received a call asking if I was interested in the position on the 13th. I'm hoping it's a clerical error or something. Nonetheless, an explanation is due.

HPD is a good agency. Maybe a little political (or used to be), but a good organization.
