AZDPS State Trooper

I've been reading a lot of these forums and have noticed there are quite a few agencies in Arizona to stay from. Now my question is, is AZDPS state trooper a good agency to work for? I'm from out of state so I'm not really familiar with any agencies out here. I'll be attending their upcoming testing cycle this weekend.

It depends, these things are relative. Are you new to LE or are you a lateral? What sort of LEO do you want to be? How do you feel about traffic enforcement? Do you want a rural or urban setting? Maybe ask for a ride along when you test. Good luck. DM if you have specific questions.
