Dps Testing In July?

Is there anyone testing with DPS in July at the northern region? does anyone know where it will be yet? i was told flagstaff or kingman. i hope it is kingman because ill be in CA all summer!!! im super excited to test with DPS. im only going with them i think so wish me luck.

I would advise you against this. Thats just me though. I would test all over, because you never know what might happen with one department.

I've got to agree with CragCrawler on that one.

I applied to Tucson PD, past the testing and, as far as I know, the background, and then never got the call for the Academy. HR told me I was eligable to re-apply in August, but you can guarentee that I'll be applying to the Sheriff's and the DPS while I wait.

Bottom line - if you're offered the position you want, Great! If not, having another department in progress is smart. =D

I got three other departments in mind. anyone have suggestions and why i should look at those dept? i really want to be a state officer though...
