Drug Test

I am taking a Vitamin supplement. I was was seeing if this is bad for the drug test or not. It is just a work out vitamin and thats it.

I wouldn't worry about it, but I would tell them just in case.

I've never heard of anyone getting DQ'd for taking a multi-vitamin, even in AZ. Wouldn't hurt to disclose it though

Are you scheduled for that meical yet?

If you are not scheduled yet, yo might want to give them a call. Make sure your paper work is still there.


Here I am awake at three. Actually I woke up at 2am with jitters. The same jitters I felt when the night before I shipped out to basic training. No doubt the same jitters I will feel the night before academy. If and when ...I am not presuming that I am going. Still got a long way to go.

Had visit from BI, all went well. Looks like I will be in the Aug. academy. Still have psych oral and medical, dont see any reason i would fail them.

Drug Test looks for just that, Drugs. Vitamins are legal, over the counter, supplements; Not Drugs.

I know how you feel though. I have over analyzed every eyebrow raised during my poly thinking I screwed up and forgot something. (I'm in the process with Scottsdale) Those jitters really suck. Good Luck on the rest of your process!

But that is what makes me nervous.
If it were a real science, all I would have to do is tell the truth and move on to psych. Not a problem. But it is all based on interpretation.

A guy could lie and not care and give off false negatives.
A guy could tell the truth and care about the subject and give off false positives.

DPS probably gives the best polygraph in the valley (my opinion of course). Very relaxing and unlike others they are not playing games when they administer the test.

Mine is off site and not with DPS. So I will find out tommorrow.

I guess when they get too much, they contract outside sources.

I felt the same way Ritchie. But I went in and told the truth anyway. I know I gave some reactions to questions because she asked me follow up questions after each battery of questions. She asked what I was thinking during "such and such" question. I told the truth to those too.

Just remember, it is common sense that when you say "Banana" to someone, they will think of a banana. Tell the truth, relax and you will do fine.

Took the Polygraph with Lorentino. Because DPS guy is on vacation.

The guy was a Very Professional guy. I understood him well. and the office was very professional looking.
anyway he says he did not see anything that was of concern.
So I guess that means I passed.

I got pictures taken of my ugly mugg.
I got fingerprints taken.
I almost pee'd my pants waiting to take the drug test.

only thing left is the psych, medical and background.

I was told I am slated for the october academy.
That is going to be a BEAUTIFUL time of year.
But unfortunately I will have to go ahead and get a temporary job.
My self employment may possibly not make it that long.

yeah back in april after the poly i fingerprint, have not taken the drug test yet.
