Anyone know anything on Bisbee, AZ?

I was just looking at the town/city of Bisbee, AZ and well they are hiring. Does anyone know anything on their department, besides the fact that it is smaller then most and it is really close to the Mexican border? Does anyone know their hiring standards because the application they had on the city website was very basic compared to most other larger departments in AZ.
