Flagstaff PD

Anyone know much about the testing process for Flagstaff PD?
Physical test, written, oral, polygraph - any information would be great.

Anyone who works for the department or lives in the city have any information on how the department is run or its overall image - please let me know. Thanks

I live up here in Flag. Flag pd works alot but they get paid alot. I work for NAU and deal with them almost on a nightly basis. Good group of guys to work for but they do have some "performance objectives" that the officers dont seem to like. They have to get 3 traffic stops and 3 field interviews a day and one dui a week. They are pretty short handed so most of the time they are running call to call and not having enough time to get their numbers. If you have any more questions I know they do a ride along program.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if they get a lot of overtime?
Also, is that o.t. mandatory or mostly optional?
What type of shifts do they work?
