The e-mail was not specific and only stated physical fitness test. I will find out on Wednesday.

It's the Cooper's test.

The only places I know that run the POPAT prehire are Yuma County and City.

What does the Coopers test consist of? I took the popat for Paradise Valley in November. I thought the popat was standard for laterals.

No, just took the written test today, and they told us thats how many open positions they have.

So it sounds like non-certified needed to take a written test and certified officers were exempt. It's nice for once not to have to take a written test. I'll be there Wednesday morning for the power test.
