    We're having this exact issue here in NYC. No so much due to management, but our politicians and local "activists" who fought to pass a series of laws that increase our personal liability and remove all desire a cop may have to be proactive. We were accused to indiscriminate racism and those very people succeeded in seeing an end our effective practices. Like I tell the cops...you get paid the same regardless. The public wants to live in this climate, ***** 'em.
