-Shrug- they're threatening a boycott....they do have the right to vote with their wallets
Yeah. That would go poorly. Like, on the Scale of Fail, somewhere between "Titanic" and "Chernobyl."

They may have the right to vote with their wallets, but they don't have the right to threaten a boycott.

Sigh. Turn off Fox News for a few minutes. We get it.

I question whether that section you quoted would apply to the letter sent by the union. That section clearly states, "maliciously' at the beginning.

The letter sent by the union reads as follows: “Failure to do so will leave us no choice but (to) do a public boycott of your business. And sorry, neutral means ‘no’ to those who work for the largest employer in the area and are union members.”

I don't see where the element "maliciously" is present.

The Union members can call for any boycott they wish. They have that right. Any small business can ignore them. The business has that right.

That's all good and either side gets to reap the benefit or loss of their stance.

Vote with your ballot... your wallet... your moving out of state.

                That's what makes America great.

Now if the union ( and I haven't seen any signs of it) starts intimidating people from using the businesses, we have a problem.
