Arrr! I was watching my show today, Glenn Beck, and I saw another disturbing video from ACORN. This time, a worker talking about how she killed her husband and how they are exploiting 12-15 year old El Salvadorian girls for another prostitution ring. WHEN DOES IT END! ACORN NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! LIBERALISM, SOCIALISM NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!! The video made me sick to my stomach!

Recently while browsing the officer.com homepage I read an article containing the following statement. I briefly considered creating a thread about the statement, but was afraid I might get banned.

Given how ACORN is being attacked because of the actions of a few employees who seemingly have since been fired, I thought the statement might serve to illustrate the imprudence of making generalizations about an organization or profession simply because a few have committed crimes.

From an AP story in the "Baltimore Sun" newspaper:

Since late 2006, more than 80 law enforcement officers working on the U.S.-Mexico border at the local, state and federal level have been convicted of corruption-related charges, according to an Associated Press tally.

REDSTART, No, that is not what I am saying. ACORN is unjustified in their acts, and is now trying to play "victim" - I am not suggesting that only liberals kill their husbands, I am merely expressing the ideas that have been brought forth with evidence concluding that ACORN and the members of ACOR, their supporters, and numberous individuals in the OBAMA campaign is using a "cover up" the impede that FOX News has somehow made compromised the reputation of ACORN and the left wing liberals. The fact of the matter is, ACORN and the yes, socialist Obama Administration is allowing this type of hideous and hanious act to take place. Anyone in their right mind who allows someon to take the innocence away from a child, is nothing but scum. How can ACORN even think about falling victim when their are children, specifically mentioned in this case, ages 12-15 years old, to be exploited and abused sexually and emotionally, and have the audacity, the put blame on anyone OTHER than those responsible, is in my theory, sickening. ACORN should be exposed for child abuse, negligence, in this case (premeditated murder) becaue she specifically stated that she "knew" what she was doing. What's ext, she goes to jail then gets pardoned from the President and his socilaist party because she is a "member" or ACORN, fraud, prostitution and a million other things! ACORN is a disgrace to our country!However, I know ACORN will not take legal action against FOX News because that would open up an Internal investigation causing ACORN to open their books and then they will REALLY be exposed to all the fraud schemes, tax manipulation and a million other supoeneas that wil arise with an investigation. ACORN is all talk, real cheap talk. That is my point and theory. Case closed.

hahaha. i just saw this on glenn beck as well. that sounded like she admitted murder to me when she said he wasnt attacking her she just "knew he was going to." dear lord thats one awful organization that needs to be shut down.

Nope. Video was just released to public today. They are talking about i right now on FOX News. However, I am sure the DA is, as of right now, very interested in the case. I suppose they will begin investigation soon, hopefully.

Police report confirms Kaelke did not kill husband

San Bernardino PD: Investigators found former husbands "alive and well." In a September 15 news release, the San Bernardino Police Department stated that Kaelke's claim that she shot and killed her husband does "do[es] not appear to be factual":

An undercover video reportedly filmed in the San Bernardino office for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) was recently released on the Internet. The film depicts a worker talking about her past involvement in prostitution and the alleged self-defense killing of her former husband.

The San Bernardino Police Department is investigating the claims made regarding the homicide. From the initial investigation conducted, the claims do not appear to be factual. Investigators have been in contact with the involved party's known former husbands, who are alive and well.

ACORN: Kaelke "matched" actors' "false scenario with her own false scenarios"

Kaelke said she decided to tell actors "outrageous things with a straightface." According to an ACORN press release, Kaelke stated of the actors who filmed her, "They were not believable. ... Somewhat entertaining, but they weren't evengood actors. I didn't know what to make of them. They were clearly playing with me. I decided to shock them asmuch as they were shocking me. Like Stephan Colbert does -- saying the most outrageous things with a straightface." The press release also stated: "When the actors approached Ms. Kaelke with their provocative costuming and outlandish scenario, she could not take them seriously. So she met their outrageousness with her own personal style of outrageousness. She matched their false scenario with her own false scenarios."

I don't get it. How is that an embarrassment to conservative "talkers"? Even if the gal made it all up it's an improper response. The correct response would have been to show them the door.
