Calling someone liberals or right wing extremest is not an argument. It doesn't prove anything.
The background to his post was that there was a god in government debate and a guy quoted wikipedia to show some history. The history happened to be correct but this was the argument to prove it wrong.
Calling someone a liberal doesn't make them wrong. I do not understand how this type of argument is still be thrown out there. Argue the points made not who they were made by. A 2 year old can get lucky and say 2 plus 2 is 4. Saying she is a 2 year old doesn't make him or her wrong. A 2 year old can say 2 plus 2 is five. Saying he or she is wrong doesn't make him or her wrong.
Sorry had to vent about that... It just drives me nuts when people do this kind of name calling. Not only does it not prove anything but it shows why we will continue to have huge swing in the government instead of getting the best people in there.
