Good grief! Of course the anti-death penalty folks will be holding candlelight vigils expressing their belief of how precious this dirtbag's life is.

Idaho huh? They might take him out. It'll take about 15 years but they MAY have the nads to do it. Beautiful world isn't it?

Personally I'd rather watch him rot in prison, death is too good for him.

His death should be slow and painful.

Excerpted and redacted from Judge Roy Bean, the "Law West of the Pecos":

"... you been tried by twelve true and good men, not men of yore peers, but as high above you as heaven is of hell; and they've said you're guilty ...
Time will pass and seasons will come and go; Spring with its wavin' green grass and heaps of sweet-smellin' flowers on every hill and in every dale. Then will come sultry Summer, with her shimmerin' heat-waves on the baked horizon; and Fall, with her yeller harvest-moon and the hills growin' brown and golden under a sinkin' sun; and finally Winter, with its bitin', whinin' wind, and all the land will be mantled with snow. But you won't be here to see any of 'em, ... ; not by a dam' sight, because it's the order of this court that you be took to the nearest tree and hanged by the neck till you're dead, dead, dead ... "

Sometimes I wonder about the whole cruel punishment thing. Is it cruel to surgically make someone a quadriplegic?

Isn't Idaho another state with the firing squad option? Just like its southern neighbor, Utah?
"You're never fully dressed without a smile."

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.

Three things I know for sure: (1) No bad deed goes unrewarded, (2) No good deed goes unpunished, and (3) It is entirely possible to push the most devoted, loyal and caring person beyond the point where they no longer give a 5h!t.

You LEOs are a soft bunch. Why a firing squad? Take the bas-turd out to a military basic training gun range. Give the boys some live firing practice. The man who hits him first gets an 'Expert' medal. If he ain't dead, shoot 'em till he is. What's the problem??

Looking at this individuals past, just that which was in this report, I can only wonder why the hell he's not already dead?
"Find out just what the people will submit to and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."

I'm only anti-death penalty because I think our current legal process is a complete joke. I'm all for a 'death option'. Just stick the POS in a supermax and give him the option to self-terminate at any time.
