[Selling] CA LE ONLY - Full tactical response kit

Good morning everyone.

I'm a detective with San Diego PD in CA. My current unit assigns equipment needed so my personally purchased equipment has been sitting, not being used. I don't anticipate using them so long as I'm on any of the units I would be on, so I'm looking to sell them to another sworn peace officer in California that needs them. The rifle is an assault weapon so the purchaser HAS to be CA LE, and they have to get an agency letter permitting the purchase.

I confirmed with CAL DOJ BOF that this sale/transfer can be done privately as long as the purchaser is also CA LE with a letter, and the proper paperwork is completed and submitted to them.

The kit I'm selling includes the following:

• Daniel Defense DDM4V5S rifle upper and lower
• Magpul MBUS generation II sight set (front and back)
• BCM gunfighter charging handle (installed)
• Daniel Defense vertical foregrip
• Might throw in practice ammo at no charge (I have a box sitting around)

Asking for $1899 (negotiable). Local delivery/hand-off at a southern California police station only, documentation and payment must be exchanged prior to the meeting. I can provide any necessary proof of employment, AW registration, receipts, etc, and will be requesting the same from the purchaser.
