Its got some small dings or scratches, the rubber cover on the handle is slightly worn, and there is a little piece of plastic in the area with the bulb that rattles but just as streamlight has promised this flashlight is still working like it was brand spanking new. Good for a backup maybe? Comes with charger. If you have any questions feel free to ask im on the computer pretty much all day so I get back quickly. My favorite feature about this flashlight is its emergency power supply...if it runs out of juice you have 1+ hours of LED light left on the light. Great Streamlight product!
