Looking for a M/A-COM MKII lapel/palm mic.

I am looking for a M/A-COM MKII lapel/palm mic for my HT radio. (It screws on)The radios we use are a little older. I believe the brand is ericson. If anyone has one or knows where I can find one, I would appreciate the feedback. Thank-you.
