I've worked up to and do the following on an elliptical trainer at a 15 incline:

Interval 1- 1 minute 11________________

Interval 2- 2 minutes 10________________
3 minutes 5_________________
Interval 3- 3 minutes 8_________________
4 minutes 6_________________
Interval 4- 3 minutes 10________________
4 minutes 7_________________
Interval 5- 1 minute 11________________
3 minutes 7_________________
5 minutes 3- cool down________
TOTAL 36 mins.
Avg. RPM 55+/Cool down drops from 65 to 40 by
5 RPMs per minute
I end up burning about 615 calories.
Any thoughts or advice on how to increase it as I get more fit?
