Disturbed: the sickness, is a stand by although a lot of their stuff is good for working out to. Anything from Rocky, I don't care who you are the Rocky stuff is great for working out. Try some Hatebreed they make some good stuff too.

I just burned 3 workout CD's that include alot of Rammstein, TOOL, Cypress Hill, Seether, Slip Knot, Drowning Pool, Disturbed and a few others. I really like the hard Industrial Metal for working out. Kinda like metal with a techno beat.

            Disturbed: the sickness
FYI if you're searching for this, the title is "Down With The Sickness". Unless they have another song I don't know about....

            Anything from GrayPatriot's list...

But really, this is some of my playlist, I highly recommend you look at some of these songs, I spect time making my list. Again, this is just a few:

"Blow Me Away" - Breaking Benjamin
            "Boom" - P.O.D.
            "Your Disease" - Saliva
            "Click Click Boom" - Saliva
            "The Recovery" - Headchange
            "I Stand Alone" - Godsmack
            "Ladies and Gentlemen" - Saliva
            "Soldiers" - Drowning Pool
"Citizen Soldier" - 3 Doors Down
            "Voices" - Disturbed
            "Stupify" - Disturbed
"Down With The Sickness" - Disturbed

Two bands you can't go wrong with: Saliva and Disturbed. You can get almost ANYTHING from them, especially Saliva. Also Killswitch Engage and 36 Crazyfists if you're in to some heavier stuff, maybe add in some Metallica.

I agree. The later Britney stuff will totally trash your workout so please don't listen to it while lifting.

                        Heres my workout music

                        Slipknot
                        Soulfly
                        Machine Head

                        Ill Nino
                        Metallica
                        Godsmack
                        ****iing Razors
                        Rammstein
                        Fear Factory
                        Hatebreed
                        Rage Against the Machine
                        Zombie

For some reason, the right kind of *** kicking music makes me lift harder. I couldn't imagine listening to some soft rock crap while I'm working out.

I could go on forever in this thread.....

                          Raining Blood-Slayer

                          anything Metallica

                          Killing me-Drowning Pool

                          Bodies-Drowning Pool

There is a song by Zao called Ravage Ritual I think? That opening is awesome!

Megadeth-Angry Again or The Duke Nukem Theme by the same band.

there is all kinds of good stuff out there to lift to.
