Medical Disqualifiers

I know before you get hired on in LE, you have to go take your physical. However you never hear of anyone failing it. I only hear of candidates not passing the vision portion. I was curious to know what some of the other medical disqualifiying factors are?

Could be anything....It vareis from person to person and Dept. to Dept. Could be your hearing, to a heart condition you are not aware of.

As I stated and this will vary for each department in New YorK. Which agency are you referring too? Most do list Some DQ's, however when it comes to medical, it's all up to the Doc.
