I have just begun working out, only 2 years until i hopefully get into the academy. I am running, M/W/F, as far as I can, then to catch my breath I do a good paced walk then start running again. Not too much of a problem there...my problem comes in on Tuesday and Thursday, I am doing push up, and sit ups those days (with an occasional weight training-don't have frequent access). I am using the pyramid method (4-6-10-6-4) but upon finishing I experience mild pain in my wrists. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this?
I was thinking it may be the angle or line-up of my hands but wasn't sure. Any suggestions?
