    I really wanna be a LEO. I am 6'4'' and weigh about 250. Some muscle and not. What kind of diet or program should I go on? I wanna apply to a couple departments but I wont to be able to pass the physical agility portions. Should I work on losing the weight, building the muscle or both? Reccomendations??

    dont eat crappy fatty foods
    dont drink alcohol or very little
    eat lean meat
    5-7 small meals a day
    lot of water
    1 gram of protein per lb. of body weight
    30-60 min. cardio a day,
    weight train at least 3X a week

    after a few weeks you should start to see some gains
