So it's Sunday night, and I'm sitting at the keyboard writing about vitamins and nutrition - while scarfing down shortbread cookies......star shaped ones with stars and stripes frosting. 150 calories a pop.
Do pretty well most of the time - exercise very regularly, relatively disciplined with what I eat. Multi-vitamin. Sleep enough. Try to keep stress under control Not perfect. Favorite junk food? Ice-cream -preferably with chocolate and nuts. And not the low-cal/low fat/low carb crap - the real stuff.
