  • Shoulder workout?

    I had shoulder surgery done about a year ago and I still working on getting it back to %100. It is about 80% back to normal, I think the only thing that is stopping me is doing two handed pull-ups. I have just about masterd one handed pull up with my left arm even though I am right handed...surgery was on my right shoulder...I am just trying to find the requirements for Ohio...anyone have ideas, sites, comments, suggestions (especially for working out for shoulder injuries)

    Yeah, don't do anything until you clear it with your physician first. Pull-ups are actually a back/biceps movement that involve the shoulder joint, so I'm not sure whether you're asking about shoulder training or just doing pull-ups for a fitness test. I'll give you info on either (or both), but ask your doc about it first, OK?
    No longer ignoring anybody here, since that psycho known as "Josey Wales" finally got the boot after being outed as a LE imposter by B&G978. Nice job.

      Yeah dude go to physical therapy. If you go to a sports oriented one they can give advice for your exact condition. FWIW in Ohio all you have to pass is pushups, situps and 1.5 mile run.
