In the Academy, in 2005, it was 11 mins.... I have 9 years and about 20lbs on so probably about 25 - 30mins... lol
The sheep generally do not like the sheepdog. He looks a lot like the wolf. He has fangs and the capacity for violence. The difference, though, is that the sheepdog must not, cannot and will not ever harm the sheep. Any sheepdog who intentionally harms the lowliest little lamb will be punished and removed.

    I Am the Sheepdog.

I ran a 9:44 mile and a half on Monday while testing for the Riverside Sheriff's Department. I was around 9:35 back in February when I tested for the CHP. I don't do much running at all but I'm a pretty skinny guy - 6'0" at 155lbs and 20 (almost 21) years old.
The Riverside Sheriff's Department said the fastest time they had seen was somewhere around 7:40.

Geez, when this thread started I was two whole age categories lower for the purposes of PT scoring... I've gotten extra points on my run time since this thread started without even working out. How's THAT for progress.

49, 6'0", 230 (working on 215). Every time I try to take up running again,my right knee reminds me for the following three or four days that the only remaining shred of cartilage isn't enough to cushion the bone spurs.

I can cover 1.5 on the elliptical in maybe 14 minutes when I am being dilligent about cardio.

Intervals also work wonders still stuck at 11:30 its VERY hard to get that time for me though but I’d guess with regular speed work It would become easier.
