physical agility test

does anyone have any tips or stories that they could share about the best way to go through a 52 inch high window on the agility test? it comes up to my chest so the way that I have been doing it is by using my hands to spring up and flip over. But I land on my back so thats not practical and takes off valuable seconds. Thanks in advance.

Personally, I'd grab it with my hands and jump just high enough to get a foot on the window's edge. I didn't have to go through a window as an agility test, but this is how I went over the 6 foot wall we had in the academy.
