Hey guys, I have another Cooper test coming up on the 31st and was curious what everyone's thoughts on rest time are. Lately I've been working out every other day for 4 workouts and then taking a 2 day rest after the fourth workout.
If I keep up with that I'd workout wed, fri, and sun then rest mon and tues. That puts me pretty close to the test day and was wondering if it would make more sense to just workout wed and fri, take sat sun off then workout mon and wed next week with thur and fri being rest days before the test?
I'm currently able to pass every part of the test so I'm basically just trying to maintain without causing injury. Thanks in advance!
