    After foricing myself to find time I did 3 days in the gym with 5k run/walks. This my second week of get back inshape. My 5k run/walk time down. My pace is now 12:30 and that running a little over two miles. Yes its been done on the treadmill but I have the incline to 2.5%. Monday I plan to bump up the pace to 12:00 and go as far as I can before walking.

    Well you have the hard part behind you. The first step ( the one into the gym) is always the toughest.
    Stick with it you'll be galloping along effortlessly in no time!
    If it were easy everybody would be doing it!

      Thank you. I know this may sound dumb but I'm more relax knowing I have a job and just trying too get stronger and faster, and not really worry about the next PT test or am I going get hired. Not really working towards anything really. I'm too old to do playgirl (lol).
