What body groups does everyone work on the same day? Trying to mix things up a bit and looking for new ideas. Here is my current program...

    Monday-Chest/Back
    Tuesday-Biceps/Triceps/Abs
    Wed-Shoulders/Legs
    Thursday-Biceps/Triceps/Abs
    Friday-Chest/Back
    Saturday-Legs

Cardio is done every day that I don't do legs.

Depending on what I work that week, I do one of the following:
      Chest/tri's/upper abs, back/bi's/side abs, leg/shoulders/lower abs
      or
Chest, back, legs, bi's/tri's, shoulder's/extra cardio

What exercises do you do for upper abs vs lower abs? Is upper abs crunches and situps and lower abs leg raises and reverse crunches?

For upper, I do full sit ups on a balance ball, floor crunches, air force sit ups (hands crossed on chest, coming up till elbows hit thigh/ knee area), and sometimes rope weighted standing crunches or med ball sit ups.
For lower, I do flutter kicks combined with leg/pelvis lifts, knee to chest on a bench or hanging knee raises, and what I call 'butt ups' since I don't know the name for it. I get into a push up position but with my shins/feet on a balance ball and bring the ball in towards me while pushing my butt in the air. There can also be done by bringing your knees to your chest.
For side, I do side crunches, bicycle crunches, and dumb bell twists.
