    I know this isn't anything big, but I was proud of it so I figured I would share it. For the first time today I was able to do a pull up I actually almost got two. Well thats it figured I would share

    The first pull-up is always the hardest. Now that you've got that under your belt, you'll be banging them out by the dozen before you know it.

                    I got my weight down from 260 or so to around 205-210 area.

                            Awesome! If you can do one, you can take 30 seconds to recover and then do another. Then take another 30 and do another. Then next time reduce your rest to 20 seconds. Before you know it, you'll be getting several reps in a row.
