I am new to working out in a gym and am looking for any advise on work outs. I have enjoyed reading this forum and have read lots of great stuff.
I am looking for advise on a weekly workout schedule for starting out, and what to eventually progress to. A Monday through Sunday type schedule from lifting to cardio. Also when to let your muscles relax and heal.
I have read that fish oil is a great vitamin to take, are there any others that are good for starters? Also how about protein? Brands, doses, any advise would be wonderful!
