TRX is a great gizmo. I have one at home and have recommended it here various times. There's all kinda creative "functional" stuff you can do with it. TRX, some sand bags, and a few other things, and you are GTG in terms of good functional conditioning/GPP type stuff. There's ab/core stuff you can do with that gizmo that make that the easy version. However, the drag sled rules all.

My 1:1 training is limited these days to people in the industry, and I always try to make time for LEO, mil, etc. If you are in that category, will do my best to assist if possible. Not sure what the June schedule holds at the moment. I went to Keene State BTW.
