    I want to get started on this program, but I can't make heads or tails of their website...there's just too much stuff! Can anyone here break it down for me (how to get started on my own, etc) and maybe after this, we can get this thread going into a WOD thread...

    The website is very busy and a real turn off to someone new to it...

    You started on the right day as today is a rest day so make sure you don't hurt yourself too much

    There are 3 columns. The left one is the site navigation where they have demos, faq, etc. The right column is basically affiliate sites and upcoming certifications so simply ignore it for now.

    You need to pay attention to the middle column where they have the date and day and what the WOD is.

    Pull-ups
    Body weight back squat

    Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.
