  • Splitting Up Workouts

Is it okay to split up a workout or should you try to get everything done at one time?

For example, doing calisthenics and then doing weight training later on in the day.

    Thanks in advance.

It's what works for you and doesn't affect either workout. If you can train 2x per day and recover effectively do it.

There's nothing wrong with splitting a workout up.

and remember, make sure your nutritional intake is on par (good carbs and protein).
