  • Favorite CrossFit WOD's

    Post some of your favorite Workouts of the Day.

    5 rounds for time:
    10 pullups
    15 divebombers
    20 pushups
    20 squats
    20 (4 count) flutter kicks

    For time:
    100 Pull-Ups
    (Each time you break from your pull-ups (i.e., your feet touch the ground), you must complete 10 push-ups and 20 squats before resuming your pull-ups.

    I'm starting some CrossFit stuff tomorrow and I can't wait. Will report back after I've tried it some.

    LA DEP: Obvious case of suicide.....shot twice in the back of the head with a bolt action rifle....
    CruiserClass: I took a nap today. It was such a great nap I felt the urge to share my nap with the officer.com world. It was that good of a nap.

    That's it. Go check other threads were exciting topics are being discussed, this was seriously just about a really comforting and invigorating 35 minute nap. Move along, nothing else to see here, move along.

                I completed my first CF workout ever today. Angie was not fun at all, but it sure feels like it worked. I completed it in 20:50 and then hit the heavy bag for 12 minutes. Best I've felt post-workout in a long time.

                    3 bars of death! a.k.a "Linda" After my first time doing this, I was at home explaining it to my wife. I told her I almost died. I later learned it was nicknamed 3 bars of death. It's brutal.

                    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps composed of:

                    Dead lift: 1.5x body weight
                    Bench press: body weight
                    Cleans: 0.75x body weight

                              50 Box Jumps
                              50 Jumping Pull Ups
                              50 KB swings
                              50 K2E's Knee's To Elbows
                              50 Push Press
                              50 Back Extensions
                              50 Wall Ball Shots
                              50 Burpees
                              50 Double Unders

                              For Time!

                              It's a great WOD until you get to the 50 Burpees then everything slows down and kills your time. I fly threw everything until the burpees then it catches up with me and I slow.
