Very pickey on ammo, heavy SIG style double action first trigger pull.

The Walther P22 is a cheap product line like the SIG but works much better.

I've heard way too many bad reports on this model to ever consider owning one. I'm talking about issues that go beyond just being picky about ammo. If you would like to find some more on your own, do a search over at thehighroad.com or thefiringline.com. You will find plenty of threads discussing the Mosquito.

Looks good, feels good, but mine was very ammo and grip sensitive. I traded it several weeks ago for a Ruger 22/45. It doesn't feel as good in my hand but it shoots any ammo I put in it and it is more accurate. Less expensive too.

I picked one up a while back for the wife and she loves it. I found that if you run about 500-1000 rounds of high velocity through for "break in," it'll feed the cheaper ammunition much more reliably.

Other than the "break in" it's a great little gun for a plinker. The only caveat is that it likes to be clean and WELL lubricated...
