I just received my CCW holsters from TT Gunleather ( http://www.ttgunleather.com/index.html ) and all I could say for the first few hours was, 'Wow!' The fit, finish and workmanship is nothing short of outstanding. I bought two of his OWB snap removable pancake holsters (P239 .40 & P250 9mm/.40), matching magazine pouches in black leather with elephant trim and an IWB holster/magazine pouch combo for my H&K P7. The OWB design is similar to the Spark's Leather Axiom, which unfortunately isn't available for Sig-Sauer pistols. The IWB is similar to the Sparks VMII, but there are minor differences. Both designs are outstanding and well executed by TT Gunleather. It took about three months from order to delivery. His prices are very competitive.
Here's my IWB holster/OWB magazine pouch combo for the P7. It's very comfortable and although I purchased the "Slim" model (without the reinforcement band), it's heavy enough leather to enable one-handed re-holstering.
