    Are off-duty officers allowed to carry high capacity (more than 10 rd) handguns while off-duty and into retirement?

    Seems obvious enough but trying to make sure.

      Sure, I can't see why they couldn't or shouldn't. Although my off-duty is a Kahr PM9 9mm with 7 rds, works well for me.

        The 1994 to 2004 ban died over a year ago.

        Depends on if your state allows.

        If you have the proper licence to carry, then probably you should be.

        If not, then not.
