  • Beretta Storm decocking question

I have an academy trainee carring a Beretta Storm .40 and was recently working with him on his muscle memory in dealing with the decocking mechanism. I (do not own one) noticed that the decocking mechanism is quite slim and close to the weapon. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket "extended" decocking device for this weapon? Thanks and be safe.

There are two factory styles one the left is the std. on the right is the low profile.

I have no idea which your student has so also no idea if there are bigger sets for him.

Either way this would be the guy to contact who would know.

I carry a Storm 9mm, I believe the Std is as large as it gets; I've only seen the std and slim. I may be wrong though, never researched it.

Looking at the comparison pictures he has the "low profile" not the standard which explains the difficulty in his decocking the weapon. Anyone know where he could acquire one and thanks david hineline.
