In your opinion...

...what is the best firearm for concealed carry and why?
I have been carrying my Glock 21, which obviously is a heavier and bulkier gun than a lot of the smaller models out there. I've been looking into a lot of compacts and sub-compacts, but I'm having a hard time narrowing it down. Your opinions are appreciated.

I carried my G23 for quite a long time and most of the time never noticed it during daily activities. I liked the capacity,ease of use and reliability but small enough to carry but big enough for my bear claws.
When I move to Az I think I will probably carry my S&W 642 cause that in a pair of jeans or shorts is absolutely invisible in a pocket...

1911; Slim, flat, great ergonomics, safe, plenty of upgrades available (though I've never seen the need), great heritage, truely proven design. Readily available in 5", 4.25", 4", 3.5" and 3".
