These have been around for a while. If I recall it was done on the skeet range, he was resting his shotgun on his boot and inadvertently pulled the trigger.

This was Emailed to me. I had'nt a clue where it came from or how old it was. First time I saw it.

The hole in his boot isn't indicitive of a shotgun.??????

Look at the location of the hole in th boot, then look at the location of hole where the toe used to be. I think his boots are a little too big.
