      I dont understand what your post is about bud, can you be more specific? The warning is for a "cook off" or "squib" round. And after any firearm gets heated up enough after a great deal of shooting it can happen. Ive seen it and it's a justified safety warning.

        i saw a kid take a exploding 7.62 round to the neck because he didnt follow procedure.

              If I remember right, in addition to the possibility of a cook-off, I think when I was reading up on reloading the Speer manual mentioned that defective/damaged primers might take several seconds before they actually go off.
