Depends what you're using it for and if you're willing to train to use the features of the light the way they're designed for shooting.
IMHO, yes! I've got a Z2 and a Z3. I keep the Z3 on my duty belt for work. The Z2 is my car light, I grab it if I think I'll need a light when I'm off duty and have forgotten my E2e.Nobody ever wants to have to fight, but its a darn good idea for someone to know how.
