  • Which glove holder for duty belt?

I am getting tired of carrying latex gloves in my back pocket, which of these holders would you buy? The only requirement is that it has to hold two pairs.

Bianchi AccuMold Elite 7915 Pager or Glove Pouch Lightweight Bianchi AccuMold Elite gear revolutionizes the concept of duty gear, crossing the boundaries between leather and nylon holsters and accessories. This pager/glove pouch is up to 50% lighter and more affordable, but with the same crisp professional appearance of premium leather. Exhibits a high level of resistance to the daily knocks, scuffs and abrasions of duty use. Less work to maintain that "inspection day" look! Easily cleaned with only mild soap and water. Washing with disinfectant soap or bleach solution will handle contamination problems, great for correctional institution duty. Bianchi makes the transition from conventional duty leather to a synthetic duty gear an easy decision. The Bianchi model 7915 holds most pocket pagers or two pair of latex gloves.2.9" W x 1.8" D x 3.9" H

Bianchi Accumold Elite 7928 Flat Glove Pouch Holds two pair latex gloves in separate pockets. Slim and compact on the duty belt. VELCRO® closure to help protect gloves. Abrasion resistant Duraskin® material. 2.25" web belt loop.

I have the second choice, it lays flat and you never know its there. Its a glove holder/pouch so either one is fine.
    I trust my life with J. M. Browning's design, the 1911.

I'd pick the first one. I've got a Bianchi Accumold nylon glove holder that size, and it works well. The gloves are easily put in and taken out. It also is rather narrow and takes up little space.

The second one is wider thus it takes up more space, plus I find those kinds of pockets are harder to evenly put gloves into.

I don't / won't carry anything on the rear of my waist (across my back) so the flatness isn't an issue for me. What is important to me is width.

I have an Uncle Mike's nylon pouch that holds two pair. I cost me around $15. I've had it about three years and it's held up well. It's also fairly narrow so doesn't take up a lot of space on my belt.

I'm also looking to get a glove pouch. I'd go with the first one.
