Streamlight TLR-1 $85.00

I just about fell out of my office chair. After several searches I have found a website that offers a Streamlight TLR-1 weapon mounted light for $85.00. I had one issued to me, but had to return it after I quit the last P.D. This agency doesn't issue them or a holster to accomodate the weapon with the light mounted on it so I've been casually shopping for them both since then.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm calling them tomorrow. Some of the other things I've been reading on their site are puzzling.

I found a second site called keyzion or something, but you had to be a member which is why I never listed it to begin with. Their retail price was $85.00 so I'm guessing it's more of the same.

Here is your best bet. Order the light from CopsPlus.com, and then use their low price guarantee to get it for $85 from them. CopsPlus.com has a far better reputation than botach, and I know when I ordered a TLR from them I had it in less than a week, and they honored Botach's prices.

(note that some people will complain CopsPlus is slow, but that is only when you order an item they don't keep in stock, otherwise they are the fastest out there in my experience.)

Oh, so they have to beat competitor's prices? Interesting. Sadly, I've always felt guilty trying to pull that off. I found the same light at LA Police Gear for about $99 so that's the second cheapest I've seen it.

I have ordered a few lights from them and always had good luck. They have the light right now for $93.95.

I had the same bad luck with botach. Ordered item and told they would not hit my credit card till shipped. Credit card was hit with it right away. Called where my order was a week later and they said back order. Tried calling again for estimated date and was given the run around. Never again.

Well, always have to figure in shipping. Even at 99.00 at your local supply shop - you come out ahead. Using a local shop supports your community + any issues with equipment and you can go back to the store. Sometimes saving 10.00 isn't worth it.

We don't have a supply shop in the area
