    Raincoats

    I'm looking for a good breathable rain coat/parka. I would prefere one that is black on one side and yellow/green with the reflective tape on the other. The longer the better, I'm 6'3" and would like one to go almost to the ground. One with a slit in the side for your gun would be nice but good but it doesn't have to have it.
    Any sugestions would appreciated.

    I'm confused...doesn't your department issue the style raincoat you are describing?

        They give us rain coats but there like wearing a thick rubber suit and they all leak, so I figured I just by my own.
